Weight Loss Journey

July of 2015 I decided to jump into 21 Day Fix. I didn’t know a ton about it, but I had been watching a few people on Instagram that were doing it and had awesome results. I knew I could do it if I set my mind to it- so I  borrowed the DVD from a friend and after just a couple of days I had already ordered my own AND signed up to be a Fitness Coach. {Read about it here}

And while I have decided to no longer be a coach, I am still doing the program and making healthy food choices. I understand how hard it is to commit to a program and keep on the eating plan, but I also want to be healthy and I know how important these changes to my life really are.

I made these checklists for you to keep track of your food. I’ve found that it works best to put them in a sheet protector and mark off the boxes with a dry erase marker. That way you can re use them.
