Where are the moms at? Raise your hand! This is for you- the moms and moms-to-be that can’t laugh without peeing a little. Have some mom moments with Poise.
Did you know that 1 in 3 women experience Light Bladder Leakage? Mom’s night out takes on an entirely new meaning to laughing so hard you pee your pants! But this topic doesn’t have to be embarrassing, or shameful. If you are experiencing LBL, you are not alone! I was talking to some girlfriends recently and we all agreed that LBL rears its ugly head. And knowing that it is common and not only affecting you can make you feel so much more confident.
Did you know that you can do Walmart’s Online Grocery Pick-Up Option and add Poise to your cart? How simple is that? And if you are feeling a little uncomfortable about your purchase this might just be the perfect option for you! I ran into the store and I couldn’t believe all the options available!
My favorite thing about Poise pads is all the different options available. ContourFfit, Lightweight, overnight, whatever it is you are looking for Poise has an option available at Walmart! Whether you are pregnant, post-partum or have older kids, bladder leakage doesn’t discriminate. Make sure your mom moments with Poise keep you comfortable and dry and you are covered under any circumstance.
Unsure where to start? Check out more information here at Poise. Track what triggers your LBL, whether it is from laughing, coughing, smoking or did you know that some foods can even cause light bladder leakage? Spicy foods or even citric acid could be causing it. Sometimes it could just be caused by a medication you are taking. Whatever the situation, Poise has you covered.
Thankfully, Poise has me covered for my next Mom’s Night Out!

Summer is at an age where finding pants for her is so hard. She is pretty little still but has some longer legs so when it is time to find jeans we struggle. They either fit her waist or they fit her legs!
We’ve tried belts before and then there is a weird gap in the back of her pants and it is just weird and don’t really work out.
Recently we tried a Jelt belt.
What is a Jelt belt, you ask? It is a belt made 100% from recycled water bottles. And it has a gripping gel on the inside to grip to your pants! Which works so great for Summer because if her pants are a little too bit it will hold them in place!
It also has no metal what-so ever on it so you can even go through security without having to worry about taking off your belt.
And it’s no-show flat buckle is perfect to fit under a fitted shirt with no bulge.
They have belts that fit men, woman and children, plus they have shirts and hats so go check them out!
Right now Jelt Belts is offering a 25% discount to anyone using code: MOMS25
Light Bladder Leakage is no laughing matter. In fact, it can be rather embarrassing. Have you ever been having a good time with your girlfriends and you have a good laugh and then you pee a little? Or maybe you cough too hard and you instantly realize that you need to cross your legs?
No one should have to worry about having an accident, but 1 in 3 women experience light bladder leakage and life happens and after 3 kids, it happens more than I’d like to admit! That is why I love these Poise® Impressa bladder supports. They come with a sizing kit so you can find the perfect fit for you.
Impressa comes in an applicator like a tampon and is inserted the same. It will help to stop leaks but you can still go to the bathroom like normal with it inserted, which is so convenient! And as long as it is inserted correctly, you probably won’t even feel it.
They cost up to $13.99 but Poise.com has coupons regularly so make sure that you get yours!

Impressa Bladder Supports are great and have really helped me decrease my light bladder leakage. But that doesn’t mean it will work for everyone. Grab your own sizing kit and start with a size one to see how it will work for you.
If Impressa isn’t for you, no worries! Poise® also has pads and liners so you can find the one that works right for you, whether you have light leakage or need the ultimate absorbency.
That way the next time you are having a good laugh with your friends, you are not worried about your light bladder leakage.
Have you ever experienced light bladder leakage when you laugh or exercise?

Creating good habits are hard enough for anyone to get down, but when you are little it makes it tough sometimes to remember what has to be done next. There are so many distractions in our day to day life that a little head start never hurt anyone. That is why I love the Octopus watch by Joy.
With this Octopus watch, I downloaded an app and plugged in the things I wanted Tyler to be reminded about and when I wanted the reminders and we were set to go.
That way if Tyler gets a little distracted by something in the mornings his watch will let him know that it is time to start getting ready for school. And remind him of each task, such as filling his water bottle, packing his backpack and brushing his teeth. I never have to remind him to eat breakfast!
The Octopus watch is the training wheels for good habits®. And I love that it points kids in the right direction. Now we don’t deal with the confusion of what time to start getting ready and what has to be done next. When he gets home from school we have about 10 minutes for him to get settled and find a snack before he gets his reminder to check for homework and get in some extra reading time.
The first icon-based watch that empowers kids by teaching good habits and the concept of time. I love that it fosters responsibility, independence, and self-esteem.
My handsome boy all ready for a day of school!
I don’t have anything set for during school hours because I don’t want the watch to become a distraction for him while he should be learning. But he still loves wearing it!

What are your favorite ways to keep your littles on track?
Hi there. It’s me, Kate.
I know, I know I haven’t been around for a while. Why you ask? Well, It was a total blogger’s nightmare!
Each year I pay fees associated with keeping my blog running. It was closing in on time to renew everything and I decided to shop around to see if I could get a better price. I wasn’t dissatisfied with my current service but I figured why not shop around.
After asking some blog friends I checked out a company that would save me about $15 per year. I know, it’s not much, but it all adds up right? And the transition seemed easy enough so why not?
I paid the new fees, provided the company with user names and passwords so they could do the transfer and I was set. And after about a week and a half everything was still good. Service was cancelled with the original company and all was good. But then it was time to get working on my next blog post, which happened to be a sponsored post. I went to log into my blog and it wasn’t there.
I’m sure you can imagine my panic. Or maybe you can’t. I mean, after all, it was 7 years of blogging about my life that was no where to be found.
I contacted the new company who told me I missed something, I checked, I hadn’t missed anything, one thing after another of being told the issue was on my end, I had to upload files, didn’t upload them correctly, etc, it was a TOTAL joke! I was getting no where. They would say, “All you have to do is ‘such and such’ and it’ll take 24-48 hours to update then your site will work.” So I would, and it wouldn’t…. I would go back and they’d say, “oh because you are still missing ‘such and such’. Do that and it’ll update within 24 hours and then will work.” But then it wouldn’t…. You see a pattern happening here?
I contacted the original company to see if they could help and they walked me through everything they could. But unfortunately at this point my “files” aka my entire 7 years worth of blogging had been archived and to get it transferred I had to pay a fee to restore it. I had a big decision to make. Pay the $150 restoration fee or bag my blog. I thought hard about it and decided I just couldn’t drop the past sever years of blogging and I paid for it.
After a few more days I decided that this was too insane to deal with any more. I contacted the original company, spent the money and switched back to them. Insane, right? But I knew that things were not going to get resolved any other way. So after making the switch back, my little piece of the internet was back up and running within just a few days. And working correctly.
So the moral of this story? Really check into things before you switch. I wanted to switch to save $15 per year but after all was said and done I have put over $400 into switching companies and switching back to right where I began. Yeah, I am over here sobbing in my pillow….
