I love this Chicken Fried Rice because it is so easy to make, and it is 21 Day Fix approved! And it makes 2 servings. So I typically make this once a week and eat it for lunch the day I make it and then again the next day.
2 RED containers of cooked chicken breast
2 Whole eggs (= 1 RED)
2 YELLOW containers of cooked brown rice
2 GREEN containers of mixed veggies (I do the bag of corn, carrots and peas and technically the corn is a yellow)
1 ORANGE of Braggs Liquid Aminos
Cook chicken and set aside
Scramble two eggs then add in veggies, rice and cooked chicken and cook until veggies are heated through.
Pour liquid aminos over and mix
Divide into two equal portions
