It’s Foodie Friday and I’m attempting my first ever link up!
I have never been really into cooking… But since becoming a stay at home mom just about 2 years ago, I started diving into the recipes I’d been collecting for so long, and start trying them. I have tried countless recipes, and finally started taking pictures of them to share here about a year ago. I no longer let recipes, or ingredients intimidate me, and I just go for it!
The recipe I am sharing today is one that I begged a friend for because it was so good! I had only heard of Taco Soup until my friend Neonderlyn brought it to one of our scrapbook get togethers. So thanks Neo for sharing this with me!
Here is what you need.
1 lb hamburger 2-3 cans of pinto beans 2 cans light red kidney beans 2 cans diced tomato with green chiles 1 can stewed tomato- Mexican recipe 1 can corn 1 can sliced olives 1 pkg. taco season 1 pkg dry ranch mix
Brown Hamburger. Mix everything into crock pot. Drain ONLY corn and olives. Cook on high for 2-3 hours.
Enjoy! It’s seriously delicious! I’m not into spicey foods and this just has a little bit of spice. (Even Tyler eats it!)
