It’s Friday again! Already! Seriously, I have been so lost this week and have been a day behind all week. Summer was sick for a day, I registered Tyler for Kindergarten this week, no joke, it’s just been a non stop week. But that is ok, it just makes it FLY by! And now, I am so ready for the weekend and some fun family time! We have a surprise for the little kids so make sure you check out Instagram so you can see what it is too!
But now, let’s talk food!
You might already be sick of “pumpkin everything” recipes, but let me tell you: This is SO easy and delicious and you have to make it!
This no bake Pumpkin Cheesecake is awesome. Super sweet, but awesome!
I found this over at Mother Thyme and you should probably check her out. She shares some amazing looking food, almost too pretty to eat and I can only imagine that it is all delicious!
- Cream Cheese
- light brown sugar
- pumpkin puree
- vanilla extract
- Cool Whip
- graham cracker crust (I just grabbed a store bought one)
- In your mixer, cream together cream cheese and sugars
- Mix in pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
- Stir in Cool Whip
- Pour into crust and refrigerate for a few hours
This No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake is really that easy and I promise you that it is so delicious you will want to devour it!
