Weight will be a battle for me for as long as I let it. I have let it win for far too long and I am glad I am on the road to over coming this obstacle.

I have back pain quite frequently. Ab exercises do wonders for your back!
ReplyDeleteI'll ask the doctor when it is safe to get some core work outs in (had a Csection). I like the starting slow technique.
