Foodie Friday: Frozen Hot Chocolate

About a year ago I pinned a delicious looking picture of Frozen Hot Chocolate and I finally decided to make it. Once I was looking at the ingredients I quickly realized I wasn't interested in making that version! And I forgot about it as quickly as I'd found it.

Then a few weeks ago I was reading a post from one of my favorite bloggers and she was having a cup herself! I decided to go in search again of a delicious cup of frozen hot chocolate! This one is a lot simpler and much more my style!

Ingredients:

2 cups of ice
1 1/2 ounces of chocolate
1 Tbsp of cocoa or Hot chocolate mix
1 Tbsp of sugar
2 1/2 cups of milk

Put ingredients into a blender and mix. Pour into a glass and garnish. I added ready whip and a cherry, but the possibilities are endless!

*One side note- I used semi sweet chocolate and it was a little bitter for me. Next time I will totally use milk chocolate!*
