Another delicious dinner via Pinterest. It's super quick and easy and we all loved it. I have made it a few times since I found it a couple of months ago.
Ingredients:
1 pound of hamburger ( I actually used a little less than 1 pound)
1 can of Manwich
1 can of corn, drained
1 (16 oz) bag of tater tots ( I only used about half)
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Drain and liquid
Mix in Manwich and corn
(I also mix a little of the cheese into this so there is cheese melted throughout)
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish ( I used a smaller casserole dish)
Cover mixture with tater tots and cover with cheese
Bake on 450 for 25 minutes (And tots are golden brown)

ReplyDeleteYes! I do corn sometimes too! So good!
ReplyDeleteMy grandsons loved this, ages 5, 3 & 2 years. I sauteed chopped onions, bell peppers, garlic & black pepper before adding the ground beef/venison. I put a layer of shredded cheese under the tater tots & just sprinkled cheese on top. Will make this many more time! WINNER!
