One of my favorite ways to stay cool is by making delicious treats to drink and ever since Starbucks came out with the S'mores Frappuccino I've drank my fair share. I decided that it was finally time to make them at home and save myself a few dollars!
Do you ever make something that you see on Pinterest and then are disappointed with how it turned out? Well you are not going to be disappointed with this one! I originally spotted it on The Southern Couture but I changed it up just a tiny bit to fit my taste.
And I'm serious that this is drool worthy. It was so good that if I never had another one from Starbucks, it'll be okay because this one is just as good!
- 1 cup Brewed coffee
- ¾ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp caramel coffee creamer
- 2 Graham cracker, crushed
- 4 cups ice
- 3 tbsp Marshmallow cream
- Whipped cream/cool whip
- Chocolate syrup or hot fudge (the hot fudge makes it more like the real thing, in my opinion!)
Brew your coffee then add it to your blender along with the ice, milk, sugar, coffee creamer and one of the graham crackers. Blend until ice chunks are smooth.
Mix your marshmallow cream and cool whip together and put half of it into the bottom of your glass. Pour coffee mixture into jars and top with remaining cool whip/marshmallow cream. Sprinkle with crushed graham cracker.
Have you ever made any copycat recipes? What are your favorites?
